Michelle arrived at our shelter in July 2024, found in the Omis area. Since then, she's been in our care and we've gotten to know her in detail and we can confirm that she's ready for her new beginning.

She is a bull-type hybrid of strong build and character, weighing about 80 pounds [35 kg]. Michelle is one of the strongest and most characterful dogs in our shelter, dominant, physically very resilient and stable in her interactions with people. She's affectionate, sweet and communicative, but given her breed, strength and personal history, she's not a beginner's dog.

For Michelle, we are looking exclusively for an experienced foster carer, preferably someone who knows the character of the bull breed and is willing to provide structure, routine, clarity and emotional security.

There should be no other dogs or small children in her future home, to ensure a stable and peaceful environment. With her people, Michelle creates a strong bond, and in the right hands, she'll make an exceptional dog.

Michelle has received all the usual veterinary treatments and vaccines at the NO KILL Animal Center, has been microchipped and sterilized. As with all other animals under our care, an owner's book/passport has been issued.

The animals in our care are looking for a home in Croatia, but also internationally. It's important to us that they find a safe and warm home regardless of geographical location. ❤️
