Nala arrived at the shelter in April 2026 from Drniš together with her brothers. They were left without a mother and were left to fend for themselves, but now they are finally safe and waiting for the opportunity for a new start.

Nala is a Belgian Shepherd mixed breed, and we expect her to grow into a medium to large dog. She is currently still calm and a little scared because of everything she has been through, but behind that initial insecurity lies an extremely sweet, gentle and gentle little dog. It takes time for her to gain trust and feel secure, but with attention and warmth she will quickly show her true character.

Growing up without a mother, early human care, socialization, and a sense of security are especially important for Nala. Puppies like her need extra affection and a stable environment to properly develop into happy, balanced dogs. A foster home or foster home for Nala at this stage would be invaluable.

Nala is at the NO KILL shelter Animalis Centrum, where she has a health plan and is receiving the necessary veterinary care. When she is of the appropriate age, she will be fully vetted, sterilized, vaccinated, microchipped, and her owner's book/passport will be made.

The animals under our care are adopted in Croatia and internationally - the most important thing for us is that they find a safe, warm and stable home.❤️
