Astra arrived at our shelter from Proložac in March 2025, after wandering the countryside for days exhausted, in poor condition and with no one of her own. She's been through a lot, but through it all, she's kept her spirit.

She's a real husky: proud, curious, independent and a little headstrong, but infinitely sweet to those she embraces. Astra is the typical representative of her breed, so she's looking for people who know the huskies and are ready for her character, but also for her beauty and energy.

We love her very much, and her tenacity, her strength, and her ability to believe again is an inspiration to all of us.

Astra seeks a home full of understanding, patience and activity, someone who will provide her with the security but also the freedom she loves so much.

P.S. For Astra (as for all our huskies) we are looking for a home in the coldest and northernmost region. Unfortunately, homes in Dalmatia are not suitable for this breed.

Astra has received all the usual veterinary treatments and vaccines at the NO KILL Animal Center, has been microchipped and sterilized. As with all other animals under our care, an owner's book/passport has been issued.

The animals in our care are looking for a home in Croatia, but also internationally. It's important to us that they find a safe and warm home regardless of geographical location. ❤️
